KANZI® Apple Pie Energy Slice

INGREDIENTS
Deliciously sweet and chewy, these KANZI® Apple Pie Energy Slices are a game-changer when it comes to snack-time – great as a healthy lunchbox treat or afternoon snack the whole family will enjoy. With no need for the oven, these scrumptious slices are quick, easy and delightfully tasty.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Line a tray with baking paper.
- Dice Kanzi apples into 1cm cubes.
- Roughly chop dates and place into a small pan over low to medium heat. Add peanut butter, maple vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Warm and mix until everything melts together.
- In a large mixing bowl, place oats, chia and Kanzi apples and mix together. Add in date mixture and mix to combine well.
- Spoon into the prepared tin and press down very firmly so the slice is flat and even. Place into the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Remove, slice and enjoy!
