KANZI® Apple Protein Pancakes

“I’ve used my favourite KANZI® apples because they seriously take these pancakes to the next level with their juicy crunch and perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavour.
Plus, keeping the skin on the KANZI® apples helps boost the fibre of these pancakes even more, which paired with 40g protein per meal prep pancake serve, helps keep you full, energised & satisfied throughout busy mornings.”
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Divide eggs, yoghurt & milk between 3 bake-proof glass containers & mix until a smooth batter forms.
- Next divide flour, protein powder, baking powder & cinnamon between containers and mix. Divide diced KANZI® apples between containers & fold through, leaving about 1 tbsp diced to top.
- Sprinkle each with remaining KANZI® apple & dusting of cinnamon, then bake for around 20–25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Store with lids on in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Serve with a drizzle of nut butter if desired. Enjoy.
